Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your GlamEye lashes. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted except in cases of defective product.
2. Eligible for Refund
- Unopened, unused cluster kits in original packaging with seal intact
- Defective items (broken applicator, dried-out adhesive, missing components) — even if opened
- Wrong item shipped — we will send the correct item at our cost and refund or replace the wrong one
- Damaged in transit — photograph the damaged package and contents within 48 hours of delivery
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Opened cluster kits where the inner seal has been broken (hygiene)
- Used / applied lash clusters
- Items returned without a return authorization (see Step 4 below)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
4. How to Request a Return
- Email support@glameyeshop.com with your order number and reason for return
- For damaged or defective items, include 2-3 clear photos
- We respond within 2 business days with either an approval + prepaid return label, or a replacement shipment
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund within 5 business days
5. Refund Method and Timing
- Refunds go to the original payment method (the credit card or PayPal account you used)
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process them
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
6. Return Shipping
For defective items, damaged shipments, or our error: we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
For change-of-mind returns of unopened items: you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
7. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item, etc.).
8. Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly. If you want a different style, return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order for the style you want. This ensures the fastest service.
9. Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships — email support@glameyeshop.com immediately with your order number. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, so act fast.
10. Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first — we are happy to resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can delay resolution and may result in your account being suspended.

30 天内 未开封 商品可全额退款。已开封 cluster 套装因卫生原因不退, 但 有缺陷的商品(应用器损坏 / 胶水干 / 缺件)我们直接换新(开封了也算)。 运输破损请收货后 48 小时内拍照发邮件。退款回原付款方式, 信用卡 5–10 个工作日到账,PayPal 3–5 个工作日。 联系:support@glameyeshop.com,2 个工作日内回复。
