Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your GlamEye lashes. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Quick rule: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened cluster kits and applied lashes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (they touched your eye area) — but we will replace defective items.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted except in cases of defective product.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@glameyeshop.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. For damaged or defective items, include 2-3 clear photos
  3. We respond within 2 business days with either an approval + prepaid return label, or a replacement shipment
  4. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund within 5 business days

For defective items, damaged shipments, or our error: we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.

For change-of-mind returns of unopened items: you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

7. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item, etc.).

8. Exchanges

We do not process exchanges directly. If you want a different style, return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order for the style you want. This ensures the fastest service.

9. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships — email support@glameyeshop.com immediately with your order number. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, so act fast.

10. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first — we are happy to resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can delay resolution and may result in your account being suspended.
