Welcome to GlamEye. By accessing or using glameyeshop.com (the "Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

GlamEye products are distributed by Ealdcrest Capital LLC, located in New Jersey 07901, United States. References to "we," "us," or "GlamEye" mean Ealdcrest Capital LLC and its affiliates. Reach us at support@glameyeshop.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration

You may browse the Site without an account, but you must register to access certain features (order history, wishlist, reviews). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@glameyeshop.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, even after the order has been confirmed.
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and change prices at any time without notice.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your offer at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal; we do not store full card details. By submitting payment information you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the order amount.

7. Returns and Refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy. Because our products are personal-care items used near the eye, opened items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

8. User Content (Reviews, UGC)

By submitting reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant GlamEye a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; (d) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written consent; (e) impersonate any person; (f) submit false or misleading information.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, photographs, logos, and software on the Site are owned by GlamEye or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

Our lashes and adhesives are cosmetics. Do not use if you have known allergies to the listed ingredients. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLAMEYE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlamEye, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or sent via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
