1. Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Current destinations include: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Switzerland), Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, South Korea, and select additional regions.
If your country isn't in the dropdown at checkout, email support@glameyeshop.com — we may be able to arrange shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific or on weekends ship the next business day.

Transit times do not include processing time and are estimates, not guarantees. International shipments may be delayed by customs or weather.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For shipments outside the United States, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These are collected by the carrier or local post office at delivery, not by GlamEye at checkout.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check status at any time at the Orders page in your account, or use the tracking link in your shipping email.
6. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Re-shipping requires re-payment of shipping. If you need to update an address after ordering, email support@glameyeshop.com immediately — we can only change it before the order ships.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit(no tracking updates for 7+ business days): email us at support@glameyeshop.com and we will open a claim with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received: contact your local USPS / UPS within 7 days. We can assist in opening a claim but the carrier ultimately determines responsibility.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the damaged package and contents within 48 hours and email us. We will replace or refund.
- Stolen from porch(after marked delivered): we recommend filing a police report and contacting the carrier. We can offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion.
8. Taxes and Duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by U.S. state and local law. There are no import duties for U.S. orders.
9. Order Changes and Cancellation
Once an order ships (typically 1–2 business days after placement), we cannot change the address or cancel it. To cancel an unshipped order, email support@glameyeshop.com ASAP with your order number.
